Kitt Labs was founded in 2010, by MK Blackburn, an experienced Operations and Strategy Professional. While working for over 10 years in the technology field, she began to see a technological disadvantage that required some attention. She saw a dire need for a digital service company that provided quality results (backed by objective data and research) that was also affordable so that small businesses, start-ups, and non-profits could partake in some of the technological luxuries their competitors had robust budgets for. These luxuries include visual dashboards and analytics to determine success metrics, data science consulting, CMS, LMS, and HRIS platform and database solutioning, website redesign, and content/knowledge management.

Kitt Labs’ vision is to cultivate greater digital service equality globally. The major decision was made to eliminate major expenditures and overhead which is what allows Kitt Labs to pursue its sole mission: to provide a wide variety of reasonably priced digital services for clients while also being able to achieve a sustainable growth business model.

Kitt Labs primarily served Chicago and Wisconsin businesses and organizations in its first year, the business now serves a global market.
